Biography
I’ve been competing in powerlifting for close to 7 years. When I started lifting at 17 I quickly became interested in the pursuit of getting stronger. I entered my first meet after only training powerlifting for around 6 months. It was at that first meet where I fell in love with the sport. It has been a major part of my life ever since. Now, it is also how I earn my living as head coach at Clean Strength Fitness.

What is your favourite lifting memory?
Winning gold on bench at 2023 IPF Open Classic World Championship.

What is one piece of advice you have for up and coming athletes getting into strength training or strength sport?
Keep stacking small wins. THEY WILL ADD UP.

What is your favourite lift or event?
Bench has been my favorite lift since I started powerlifting.

What is your favourite product and why?
13mm Belt
I’ve been using the same 13mm SBD belt since I started powerlifting 7 years ago. It offers the support I need. Over the 7 years it has held up incredibly and I have no plans to retire it.

10mm Belt

T-shirt
The 10mm belt has been a game changer for my deadlift, the more flexible belt allows me to get into a much better position. The powerlifting sleeves keep my knees feeling great. All SBD shirt are made high quality and last for years. I still wear SBD shirts from over 5 years ago.

This was the first colourway I bought when I started powerlifting, I’ve stuck to it ever since.
