Initially, I was drawn to powerlifting with the aim of conditioning my body while still indulging in the delicious foods I love. My focus on the sport has always been on challenging my body and mind rather than chasing accolades.

Along the journey, I've broken several personal records while having clinched two titles in regional competitions and three national titles. I secured a silver medal in the Bench Press Event at the 2022 World Championship in Sun City, South Africa.

My initial training ground was a local gym, where the clang of weights and the camaraderie pushed me to new heights. Since 2020, I have been building my own home gym, steadily expanding my collection of weights and equipment.

I've been fortunate to cross paths with incredible mentors, and their unwavering support and guidance have left a lasting impact. In particular, Coach Garrett Bentley plays a pivotal role in my journey, continuously refining my technique and helping me strategize for success on the platform. I'm genuinely grateful for the collective wisdom and individualized coaching that shape my progress.

My journey is one of dedication, perseverance, and a genuine love for the strength game. I hope my story can continue to inspire others in their own pursuits.
