Biography
I have done strongman since 2015. My twin brother and I tried strongman with Jean-François Caron for fun and fell in love with the sport.
I train at Santé X-trem gym in Quebec. My coach is Jean-François Caron, also from Quebec. I am a welder for work. I have a twin brother, Frédérick Rhéaume, who also does strongman.
What is your favourite lifting memory?
When I pressed the 400lb log at Canada's Strongest Man 2021 and started the competition in a good place, before finishing first at CSM 2021.
What is one piece of advice you have for up and coming athletes getting into strength training or strength sport?
Get all the practice on the competition floor that you can because it’s the most important part . If you’re comfortable in competition the strength will come with the work you put in .
What is your favourite lift or event?
Yoke, because it’s my favorite event to do and it’s one of my best events.
