Biography
I started training in 2015 with my twin brother. We met JF Caron at a little bench competition we had in our high school and from there, we decided to train at his gym for the summer and took him as a coach. He saw that we had some potential for strength training and he introduced us to the sport. Since then, we never stopped.

My biggest achievement so far, is to finish 3rd at Canada Strongest Man 2023.

I train in The Santé X-trem Gym located in Quebec City. JF Caron is my coach.

I don't do much aside from working and doing strongman, when I don't train, compete or go to other strongman shows to help or watch, I just like to relax, recover and have some time with my girlfriend.

I work as a mechanic in Quebec City. My twin brother, Gabriel, does strongman with me and I think that I wouldn't be where I am if we were not by each other's sides to push and motivate ourselves to always get better. I also have my girlfriend who is always by my side to help me in competitions or just to support me, I'm very thankful for her.

What is your favourite lifting memory?
Getting the Canadian record on the side handle car dealift which is 1475 pounds.

What is one piece of advice you have for up and coming athletes getting into strength training or strength sport?
Always train hard and compete a lot.

Deadlift

Wrist wraps because they are really protective. Knee sleeves because whenever I use them on my knees or even on my elbows I always feel completely safe and they keep my muscles warmed up. The tank top fits well and I love it.
