Shipping & Return Information
Shipping
We only ship within Canada.
Orders are shipped within 1 business days by FedEx, Canada Post, or UPS at the service level you have selected at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and contains any apartment numbers or buzzer numbers required. We cannot change the address after your order has been marked as shipped. If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address you will be charged for the shipping of the product back, then again to reship the product to you.
Returns & Exchanges
If your product does not fit or otherwise needs to be returned, it must be in like new condition and not trained in. Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
If you are doing a return then the refunded value will only be the product value and your original shipping fees will not be refunded.
All socks cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you are doing an exchange we will ship out the new item for free. You must ship your products back in an appropriately sized package, and use either a box or poly envelope to ship it back. If we receive your products back folded or damaged from shipping or not shipped in adequate packaging, then we may deduct a re-stocking fee (25% or more depending on the damage) and/or we may not issue a refund or exchange.
