Biography
I began powerlifting in 2014. I got into the sport because I injured myself and couldn’t do track and field anymore, and it was the best decision of my life. I train at Rise Strength Lab in Saskatoon, SK. I grew up in Prince Albert, SK.
Outside of powerlifting I am a pharmacist, working in Saskatoon. I have type 1 diabetes, and one of my biggest wishes is to encourage other people with the condition to follow their dreams and push towards their goals regardless of their diabetes. I am very grateful for the support I get from my family.
What is your favourite lifting memory?
My biggest accomplishments include winning IPF world championships in the 76kg category in 2021 and 2022, and breaking the 76kg deadlift, squat and total world records multiple times.
