Biography
I started Olympic weightlifting when I was 13 years old, competing and practicing this sport for 7 years.  During those years I competed in WCH National Championships as a Junior and Senior.  I also represented Team Canada at 2 World Junior Championship, coached by Serge Chretien.

I switched to Strongman when I was 20 years old and I turned Pro in 2022.  That summer, I became Québec's strongest man and Canada's Strongest Man in 2023.  I'm coached by Jean-Francois Caron.

What is your favourite lifting memory?
Winning Canada's Strongest Man in 2023.

What is one piece of advice you have for up and coming athletes getting into strength training or strength sport?
To believe in yourself and not to worry about what other people are thinking.  Even if you don't think you are genetically gifted, do what you like, give it all you have and be the hardest worker in the room.  That's how I became Canada's Strongest Man smallest champion ever.

What is your favourite lift or event?
Squat

What is your favourite product and why?
10mm Belt
Because we finally have a deadlift belt for smaller guys!

What 3 other items are your go to and why?
13mm Belt
Powerlifting Knee Sleeves
Lifting Straps
The 13mm belt for big heavy squats.  Knee sleeves because their thickness is perfect for heavy squats.  Lifting straps because they simply are better then any other brand I have tried.

What colourway is your favourite and why?
Classic
Because red and black are my favourite colours.

Why do you believe SBD is the gear all athletes should use?
Because it's professional and looks professional too.

Why do you believe in working with SBD Canada as a Sponsored Athlete?Because it's the best brand.
