These are the original designs from 2013, and have now been discontinued. We will continue to have them available on the website until they sell out. They have been replaced by the new version that you can find here .

These elbow sleeves provide maximal support and compression for the joint, while ensuring the elbow is free to move easily, preserving range of motion.

The sleeves combine the high grade neoprene used in the our knee sleeves with a thinner interior panel, ideal for pulling and pressing motions.

Sold as a pair.
Combines a 5mm interior panel for freedom of movement and a 7mm exterior panel for maximum joint support.
Reinforced seam construction to maximize longevity.
Manufactured in Great Britain.

We recommend hand washing your elbow sleeves with water or a mild detergent (or a specialist neoprene/wetsuit detergent), then allow the sleeves to air dry standing up.

The spin cycle of a washing machine can damage the sleeve, as the elbow sleeves become quite bulky when wet and can potentially get caught up or damaged by wringing. High heat from a washing machine or a dryer will degrade the rubber in the sleeves (potentially causing shrinkage or brittleness).

Measure the circumference of your forearm and lower biceps, taken with your arm locked and muscles relaxed, then choose a size that best fits both measurements.

The elbow sleeves stretch more than our knee sleeves, so if you are between sizes we would suggest going for the smaller size.

Amazing !!

I like my new elbow sleeves. They are really comfy. Unfortunately after wearing them like 7-8 times the stitching from left elbow upper side has gone loose and is coming apart. I would really appreciate if SBD would help me how to fix my sleeve.

Good quality

Happy So Far

Been using the sleeves for almost 2 months and quite happy with the material and quality. I do wish the labels between "left and right" were a bit more obvious since i have a terrible memory. This is my 3rd product from SBD (after the belt and knee sleeves) and I continue to be impressed. You pay for quality and durability.
