We have found the Sweatshirt to fit VERY relaxed and recommending sizing down at least 1 size for a more normal oversized fit.

We recommend washing the sportswear at a maximum temperature of 30°C (86°F). Where possible, allow the products to air dry. If you do use a machine dryer, then we suggest using a cold setting.
If washed following our recommendations, we would not expect the products to shrink.
