Knee Sleeves
Every SBD knee sleeve is cut with the same spiral seam, in the same high-grade neoprene, made in the United Kingdom. What separates the three is thickness, density, and how hard the sleeve pushes back.
7mm · High compression
The original, launched in 2013 and still the sleeve most lifters train in. Snug without a fight, and supportive through squats, leg press and heavy accessory work.
7mm high density · Maximal
The most compressive sleeve we make. Heavyweight linings, edging and seams stand up to an aggressive fitting and hold their compression through maximal attempts.
5mm · Moderate
Thinner and more flexible, for movements that need a full range of motion. Easier on and off, with support that does not fight the depth of a snatch or a clean.

The design
Every sleeve in the range is built on a spiral seam that wraps behind the joint rather than sitting flat across it. The shape is what lets the sleeve hold uncompromising compression over the knee without a seam fighting the bend.
The neoprene is specified to endure the demands of the sport: it keeps contact through the full range of motion and insulates the joint, muscles, tendons and ligaments. Thickness and density change between the three sleeves. The construction does not.
All three are made to the same standards in the United Kingdom, carry an antimicrobial inner liner, and are approved for IPF competition.
