Biography
I have been involved in powerlifting since 2021 officially now. Before powerlifting, I played D1 hockey for 7 years. Due to Covid, our hockey 2020 season got canceled and I started lifting weights in my basement and fell in love with lifting. This gradually got me to start my powerlifting journey.

My biggest accomplishment would be winning nationals, it meant so much to me. I train in my home gym and I am self coached as of since December 2023, before that I was coached by Aidan Roeder from NoriPowerlifting.

I am a full time student and powerlifting coach. Outside of training I love spending quality time with loved ones. 

What is your favourite lifting memory?
Getting a gold medal on deadlifts at the Commonwealth Championships in South Africa.

What is one piece of advice you have for up and coming athletes getting into strength training or strength sport?
Play the long game, good training can be boring at times. Be comfortable delaying gratification.

What is your favourite lift or event?
Squat.
