Biography
I am a 74kg powerlifter based out Calgary, Alberta. I have been competing for almost 4 years, and in that time I have competed at the IPF Junior World Championships and won a national junior title. I am also a powerlifting coach, and enjoy hockey and golf outside of lifting.
What is your favourite lifting memory?
Earning my first worlds spot at 2024 Westerns. It was a very surreal moment earning a spot to represent your country.
What is one piece of advice you have for up and coming athletes getting into strength training or strength sport?
Learn to enjoy the process over chasing the result. The people who just love to train always do well.
What is your favourite lift or event?
Squat.
What is your favourite product and why?
13mm Belt
The 13mm belt is such a good tool for all 3 lifts, looks incredibly good, and lasts forever. I had my first SBD belt for 6 years and only replaced it because I wanted the black and grey colour.

The Knee sleeves are extremely high quality and supportive. The stiff wrist wraps save my joints on squats, and the tank is sweet to lift in and looks great.
